Safeguarding

We take a zero-tolerance approach to any actions or behaviours which may jeopardize the well-being and rights of our staff, our partners and the communities we serve.

We are responsible for making sure our programme, staff and operations do no harm to children and / or adults. We will take all possible steps to prevent harm from potential, actual or attempted abuse of power, authority, trust or vulnerability, especially in relation to sexual exploitation and abuse. For us, this also includes bullying, harassment, victimisation, discrimination, personal attacks, physical or verbal abuse.

HARP-F policies on safeguarding include:

Fraud, corruption and financial crime

As with abuse, exploitation and harassment, HARP-F takes a zero tolerance approach to bribery, corruption, fraud, money laundering, theft, coercion, anti-competitive or collusive behaviour or other unlawful behaviour.
